Procurement support
We can provide formal quotations and invoices, accept purchase orders, and supply tax or vendor-registration documents when requested. Share your onboarding checklist and purchasing requirements with your inquiry.
- Specify the exact item. Include brand, model, finish, dimensions and quantity. A photo or drawing helps match the requirement.
- Agree substitutions first. Tell us whether alternatives are acceptable. Brand sourcing is subject to confirmation.
- Confirm the complete order. Availability, lead time, payment terms and delivery charges are confirmed in the quotation.

MJ Trader supplies companies and customers across Pakistan. Share your destination to confirm dispatch, delivery charges and timing. This includes requirements in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and other cities and towns. Our physical shops are in Karachi; supply elsewhere is arranged by dispatch.
Include the delivery address or project site, quantities and required date. Review the quoted transport charges and timing alongside the item prices before agreeing to the order.
Prepare an itemised RFQ
Use your own BOQ or download our blank spreadsheet template. Add one item per row with its brand or model, dimensions, finish, unit and quantity. Include whether alternatives are acceptable and where the order is needed.
