Can I include several products in one request?
Yes. Add multiple listed products to the same quote, then review their quantities and notes before sending one inquiry.
What details should I include?
Include the product, required quantity, and any known size, finish, or fitting details. The quote form also requires your name, email address, and phone number so the inquiry has complete contact details.
Prices and product availability
Catalogue listings are for product discovery; current commercial details are confirmed by inquiry.
Are catalogue prices and stock shown live?
No. Use the quote request or WhatsApp to ask for the current price and availability of the specific product you need.
Can I ask about an alternative product?
Yes. The quote form includes an option to ask about related items or alternatives. Add useful size, finish, or application details in the notes.
What if I cannot find the item in the catalogue?
Contact MJ Trader through WhatsApp or phone with the item details. A product photo can help identify what you are looking for.
